Harmony Works Hard to Make a Difference

Harmony Home Health’s Blue Team: Carole, Linda, Jonathan, Melanie and Christine
Harmony’s “blue team” (including our canine caregiver, Sadie, pictured below) has been out and about all over Pinellas and Pasco the last few months spreading the word about what makes Harmony’s approach to home health care so special. From working one-on-one with families to address their loved one’s unique needs to engaging caregivers in community efforts that support our seniors, we are 100% dedicated to making a difference.

And Sadie Too
As the only private duty home health agency to have a full-time Caregiver Advocate, Harmony dedicates hundreds of hours every month to caregiver support groups, free workshops, in-services, and educational seminars. Our mission is to give people the information they need to make the best decisions they can for their loved ones. We know what we would want for our own family members and you deserve to have those same options available to you.
Our mission is to make a positive life-changing difference in the lives of everyone we touch.

If we can reach out and speak to families where you live, work, go to church, volunteer, or spend your time – please let us know. Caregiving can be a full-time job and quite overwhelming for almost anyone. Protecting and preserving family relationships through that process is so important and Harmony can help. We want your moments together to be joyful and peaceful – those are the memories your family will cherish.
Our Pet Therapy program is designed to be therapeutic on many levels. Not only do the patients we visit benefit, but so do their families, the staff at the facilities, the animals, and their owners. By starting “Senior Pets Helping Seniors” we can support the efforts of Project PUP, as well as, rescue animal groups with senior pets needing homes. In addition, we are offering the caregivers we employ an opportunity to contribute and connect with their community in a meaningful way that is naturally appealing to them.
To see how our “Senior Pets Helping Seniors” pet therapy program is starting to make a difference for patients in rehab and nursing facilities already, take a peek at the story that aired on WTSP Channel 10 News by clicking HERE.
These are just two of the community services we offer on top of the full list of private duty home health services we provide. We are always looking for new ways to improve our programs and bring more to your doorstep and to the community as a whole. For information on how you can become a part of our Harmony family or how Harmony can make a positive difference in yours…just give us a call. We’re here for you.
