Harmony Home Health Celebrates Caregivers in Song

Harmony Home Health paired up with Hip Hop Saves Lives to create a special song in celebration of caregivers worldwide. Written from the perspective of the loved one receiving care, it recognizes and appreciates all that caregivers do and who they are.
