When Harmony’s scheduling position became available, Anita was the perfect choice. Her skills and experience matched our needs and she instantly became a valuable member of our team. Anita knows the art of care giving very well, as she has worked as a professional caregiver for Harmony Home Health and also personally within her own family. She obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant license from Quality Health Services in St. Petersburg.
Anita is a native Floridian and moved to North Carolina with her family in 2005. Less than a year later, she returned to care for her grandmother for 3 years before putting a team of caregivers together to meet all of her needs. Anita is sensitive to the emotional toll role reversals can take in a family and understands the need to maintain and honor those relationships to the highest degree.
We are very fortunate to have Anita on our team. She is attentive to the needs of our care givers and clients and always the first to lend a helping hand in the office. Her ability to keep track of scheduling requests and dedication to resolving all conflicts is admirable. Her patience and compassion in responding to client and caregiver needs are her two biggest strengths. Anita’s firsthand knowledge of all aspects of care giving and her natural intuition make her a wonderful recruiter for our program and an ongoing resource for all of our caregivers.
