Administrative Assistant

Amanda Frady is the first “voice of Harmony” you will hear when you call our office. Her bright and cheerful greeting mirrors the enthusiasm our entire team has for helping every person we come in contact with. Amanda became a Certified Nursing Assistant through the American Red Cross in 2010 and first worked for Harmony as a caregiver in 2011. Her high work ethic and ability to handle any situation with a positive attitude made her a stand-out employee and a favorite with her clients. Our company growth determined the need for an office receptionist and Amanda was happy to step into that role and become an integral part of office operations. Her personality and skill set are a wonderful fit for our in-house Harmony team.

A native Floridian, Amanda spent much of her time around seniors in her community growing up. Her grandmother and both her parents were in the medical field and she understood the need for compassionate health care early on. She watched firsthand as her grandmother, a former RN, struggled with Dementia and was troubled by the quality of caregivers tending to her. In addition, she spent 4 years assisting with the care of her cousin who was a paraplegic as the result of a car accident. Amanda’s unique capacity to connect with people allows her to reach beyond simply providing a service to embracing the individual as an extended family member. No matter what the circumstance, she finds a way to turn on the laughter in a conversation and leave you with a smile on your face.
