CEO
Jonathan Bowman has a personal and lifelong insight into the health care industry. His father, Steven, is a highly regarded doctor of internal medicine in Clearwater. Jonathan has always wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps because Jonathan saw how his dad was able to make a difference in people’s lives every day. Melanie Bowman, LCSW
Senior Advocate
When Melanie came to Harmony Home Health in 2008, she planned on making her stay only temporary. Melanie’s husband, Jonathan, is the founder of Harmony Home Health, and convinced her to quit her job and come work for him until she found something she loved. Carole Ware-McKenzie
Director of Care Services
Carole has an amazing story of her involvement with Harmony Home Health. Carole met Jonathan shortly after he decided to open Harmony Home Health and, in 2004, she became the first employee of the company. Carole believed in young Jonathan and saw his unique vision to build a company that advocates for the total well being of their clients and caregivers. Azalia Clark
Office Manager
Azalia is our wonderfully capable and always upbeat office manager. She has a knack for relating to every person she comes in contact with and has an ever-calming influence in a crisis. Azalia was a private caregiver prior to becoming a licensed Medical Assistant and working with Harmony Home Health. Anita Trent
Schedule Coordinator
When Harmony’s scheduling position became available, Anita was the perfect choice. Her skills and experience matched our needs and she instantly became a valuable member of our team. Anita knows the art of care giving very well, as she has worked as a professional caregiver for Harmony Home Health and also personally within her own family. Amanda Frady
Administrative Assistant
Amanda Frady is the first “voice of Harmony” you will hear when you call our office. Her bright and cheerful greeting mirrors the enthusiasm our entire team has for helping every person we come in contact with. The day Christine entered our new Harmony office, we knew we’d found the right individual for this position in our growing company. Christine’s background in marketing, public relations, case management, customer service, education, and human resources made for the perfect blend. Vicky McEwan, MSN, R.N.
Director of Nursing
Harmony is proud to have Vicky McEwan on board as our Director of Nursing. Vicky is our behind-the-scenes advisor on all matters of quality assurance. Vicky has her Masters in Nursing and graduated as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Her specialty is Gerontology and she is licensed in Healthcare Risk Management in Florida. Vicky is an Alzheimer’s Approved trainer (DOEA Provider) and has a wealth of experience providing in-service education to caregivers, nurses, and families regarding a variety of health topics. Martha Gale
Financial Administrator
Martha is the bookkeeper for Harmony Home Health and makes one of the most difficult jobs in the company look easy. Martha effortlessly handles all of the payroll, billing, and financial management for Harmony Home Health. Eric Solomon
Information Systems Specialist
As Harmony Home Health continues to grow and reach out to more and more people in our community, our need for an Information Systems Specialist evolved. We are very thankful that Eric answered our call. He first came to us as a student at the University of Florida and interned with Harmony the summer of 2010. Eric’s vast knowledge of computer systems has helped us to organize and consolidate our efforts so we can best serve our clients and caregivers in the most efficient way possible.
