Jonathan knew from the start this would be a heart-based business. He created a culture of caring and professionalism with the goal of providing personalized senior assisted living care at home that’s both dependable and affordable. Growing up in Clearwater, Jonathan wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father, an internal medicine physician for more than 30 years. Jonathan saw firsthand the difference in home care makes when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and relied on caregivers to help her through her difficult ordeal. Harmony Home Health is licensed, bonded and insured. Every member of our team is a direct employee of our agency, not a contracted worker. We pay payroll taxes and workers’ compensation insurance which frees you from unnecessary liability. Our senior caregivers are thoroughly screened including federal background, motor vehicle and reference checks. Plus, they continually receive ongoing training and close supervision as they work their cases. All caregivers are CPR certified and receive dementia-specific training.
