We understand who you are, what you are facing, and how best to navigate the decisions ahead of you. Our family-owned agency was built on personal experiences as family and professional caregivers, and that expertise grows every day as we help families struggling with the needs of their aging loved ones. We’re always here to help, from 1 to 24 hours a day, from just once-in-a-while to every day of the week. As Carole, our Director of Staff Development says, “You’d be amazed that sometimes just a little bit of help can go a very long way.”

What is the Harmony Experience?

We promise your experience with Harmony will be different, and refreshing, and you’ll feel the difference immediately in your first contact. Our on-call team is welcoming and available to respond to your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We take our time meeting with you and your family to address every question and explore every avenue to help you get the care you need. Our services are customized for each family and designed to enhance your loved one’s daily experiences. And there are no service minimums. Importantly, our caregivers are employees of Harmony, NOT independent contractors. They are thoroughly background screened and trained to meet the daily care needs of your loved one.

Above and beyond the norm, we are UNIQUELY creative in developing innovative programs to serve seniors’ specific needs, such as:

Senior Mental Health Counseling – provided in-home through Medicare
Caregiver Support – regular groups and workshops throughout Tampa Bay
Fall Prevention Education Workshops – bimonthly and free to the public
Lifeline Medical Alert – access to immediate help at your fingertips
Pet Therapy – upon special request at facilities and at home
